In Chapter 7 of Genesis a flood came. A flood so powerful that it overpowered the rivers, hills, and mountains. Then after forty days as quickly as it had started, it stopped. The entire planet was now covered with water and everything that had breathe died. We know of the story of Noah. I mean we all have seen “Evan the Almighty”.
Last Sunday morning during our regularly scheduled service a situation took place that may very well change your perspectives on your future.
Our youth pastor brought a friend of his who was visiting from Kenya. I asked him to stand for a moment during the service as to recognize him as I often do with visiting ministers. He spoke briefly with the congregation and politely was headed back to his seat when I asked if I may pray for him. As I began to pray I began to prophesy. To prophesy means to speak by divine inspiration or revelation to a person or a place.
I came across a video recently about a young man by the name of Daniel Tammet. Young Daniel is what is called a savant. The word savant as defined by Webster means a person of profound or extensive learning; learned scholar.
